You do not have to complete any surveys you do not want to. The surveys you will be invited to
participate in vary greatly in terms of subject matter, who they are for and in length. All surveys we
send out to our members are vetted to ensure they are suitable and appropriate.
During the SurveyBods registration process, you will have been asked to complete a profile survey
asking you a number of questions about you and your lifestyle. After that, there are three more
profiling surveys we ask you to complete, which can be found in the 'My Profile' tab. It is important
that you answer these surveys to the best of your knowledge - this is how we allocate surveys to
your account. You will not receive any tickets for completing the profiling surveys, however you will
receive 50 points (equivalent to 50p) for each one you complete. Once you have completed all 4
surveys, your profile strength will increase to 100%.
Will I need to complete every invitation I receive?
No. Whereas we would like you to complete as many as you can, we appreciate that you don’t
always have the time or may not feel like filling in a particular survey. The number of surveys you
choose to complete is entirely up to you.
How can I get more survey invitations/why am I not receiving surveys?
Completing your profiling surveys and ensuring your contact details are up to date is the best way to
ensure you receive as many survey invitations as possible.
Each survey will start with a few questions that will make sure you are part of the targeted
demographic group needed for the study. If you don’t qualify, you’ll then be screened out. We
realise how annoying being screened out can be - that’s why every time you’re screened out, you’ll
be awarded with another ticket and another entry into our monthly prize draw.
These invitation numbers are always based on best estimates and sometimes, when a number is
over or underestimated, you may be screened out as our quota’s have been filled for the
demographic you belong to.
You may also be screened out when our surveys run an automatic quality check. Quality checks look
for quick, rushed or bad quality answers. Sometimes these can take the form of basic captcha’s or
contradictory questions designed to ensure we’re receiving truthful or real responses.
